Sit down with us to review your recent past financial records and, with us, build your own detailed forecast for Profit & Loss and Cash Flow.

This is not a 5-minute Fix.   

Fore C is part of our detailed discussion and discovery process.   We do forecasting properly and this takes time.

So, our approach includes up to 2 hours of face-to-face (in person or remote, via video-link) consultation with you as business owner, to enable us to really understand how your business works.   In that time we cover:

• Your recent trading history

• The highs and lows of the year and how seasonality affects your business

• How quickly (or slowly!) are your customers paying you?

• How quickly (or slowly!) are you paying your suppliers?

• Your growth prospects for the next two years - and, importantly, your justification for those aspirations!

• The timing of loan payments

• The timing of GST payments

• The timing of any anticipated cash injections or outgoings.

We can then produce your forecasts and show the immediate effect of small changes such as a change in margins; the effect of a reduction in sales or changing seasonal patterns, etc.

Producing your Forecasts is not where it ends.

Once you have your forecasts, you are welcome to put them in a drawer and forget about them.  However, we think that a better option is to have a process of review.  This review process involves a regular calendar of review dates to ensure you are on the right path and achieving the goals you had set.  

• Regular Review enables Early Detection.

• Early Detection enables Early Action.

• Early Action enables Goals to be Met or Adjusted to suit changing circumstances.
