Farm Debt Mediation

Kevin is accredited to provide Mediations under the Farm Debt Mediation Act (2019) and has conducted many mediations under the Act from the Far North of New Zealand to the Deep South.  These mediations have involved 6 Banks and Farmers involved in the following areas:  Arable; Dairy; Goat Dairy; Sheep & Beef; Horticulture; Honey Production & Pip Fruit Orchards.

Kevin is Rural Convenor for AMINZ and recently presented on behalf of AMINZ at the Co-operatives Business Leaders' Summit on the subject of Mediation in Succession Planning.  He also hosts a series of webinars for AMINZ relating to Farm Debt Mediation.
